The Comrades Marathon, known around the world as the Ultimate Human Race, once again tested athletes to their limits this June, with its demanding up run. Covering 85.777 kilometres from Durban to Pietermaritzburg in South Africa, and climbing approximately 2,000 metres in elevation, the race remains a true test of endurance, resilience and determination.
