Corporate Governance
The Board is accountable to shareholders and other stakeholders and is ultimately responsible for the implementation of sound corporate governance practices throughout the Group. Aspen’s Board of Directors is committed to ensuring that the Group adheres to high standards of corporate governance in the conduct of its business.
Manufacturing

Aspen has 23 manufacturing facilities across 15 sites. Our
strategic manufacturing sites are widely accredited, holding international approval from some of the most stringent global regulatory agencies. We manufacture a wide variety of product types including steriles, oral solid dose, liquids, semi-solids, biologicals and APIs.

Closed Period

Aspen is in a closed period from 1st January 2026 until the publication of the interim results on the JSE SENS platform on the 3rd March 2026.

The live presentation will take place in Cape Town at 08h30 on 2 March 2023.
