The Aspen Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Framework aims to formalise our commitment to promote and support EDI at all levels of the organisation to maintain our high-performance culture. Our current landscape, while respecting our federated business model, is governed by a Global EDI Framework that speaks to global standards and principles around EDI and recognises that, to safeguard market relevance, we must ensure that EDI programs, policies, strategies, and practices are executed to create and sustain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace thus enabling a positive employee experience.
